Richard heads up the Membership Directorate, which manages grass-roots development of tchoukball in the UK as well as the administration of membership committees and the collection of subscription fees from players.

Richard brings over 13 years professional experience in key positions within a multi-national membership organisation. He also coaches the Great Britain men's squad and has played over 50 times for Team GB since 2000.
