Following discussions at Board level in early-May, and consultation with our clubs in late-May, TUK has come to the conclusion that the 2019/20 National League will be cancelled. In effect this means we are voiding the latter half of the season in both Super League and Division 1.

Despite there only being a few fixtures remaining, the TUK Board of Directors and our clubs felt the uncertainty of when we can resume indoor training and games warranted bringing the season to an end. This allows us to focus our time on looking for opportunities to host friendly games and tournaments this summer/early autumn once safe to do so.

Following the decision to cancel the remaining fixtures and void the latter half of the 2019/20 National League, this will be the outcomes of the season:

  • The results in Super League and Division 1 will be based only on the first time teams played each other. Any results involving a second encounter will be removed from the League tables (see standings below).
  • There will be no promotion or relegation of teams in the 2019/20 season.
  • European qualification shall be based on the 2019/20 season as if a full season had been completed.
  • Clubs have been issued refunds to compensate for the games voided.
